CEO, Ann Barnes and President, Jennifer Dunn founded Professional Education Solutions, Inc. in 2003, with the goal of providing superior professional development services to education, business and industry. Built on a foundation of 35 years of combined experience, Professional Education Solutions, Inc. provides a strong combination of technical, educational, and management experience that will benefit any organization.


Management Team

Ann Barnes is a former teacher with 15 years of classroom experience. She began integrating technology into her Language Arts curriculum in 1983. Since establishing her own business, she has been involved in developing new and innovative educational software lessons in core curriculum areas for face-to-face and online delivery. Ann serves on the Purdue University College of Education Dean's Advisory Board and has taught integrating technology and project-based learning courses at Purdue University. She provides an enthusiastic and thorough approach to learning.


Jennifer Dunn has provided professional development and implementation solutions for school districts and businesses since 1999. She has developed instructional materials for on-site professional development workshops, distance learning workshops, and continuing education classes, as well as substantial grant research and writing. She is proficient in instructing on an extensive array of software programs. Jennifer is adept in determining a participant's skills and aptitudes and provides patient guidance through the learning process.

Pearson School Systems
Provide instructors for face-to-face and online workshops to train school administrators, faculty and staff on the operation of school management software packages, assessment creation and administration, scheduling, and data reporting and analysis.
Also create instructional curriculum, materials and manuals.
Provide workshop instructors for PowerSchool implementation into the school districts throughout South Carolina and Nova Scotia. Conduct district certification training workshops teaching advanced program technological and operational skills.

Under contract with the Trinidad Ministry of Education, implemented ClassWorks instructional program in the nation's 563 schools. Provided pre-implementation planning and goal-setting, faculty training, and classroom integration.
