Professional Development Should be Provided by Certified, Professional Instructors
Allowing professional development to be provided by certified, professional instructors provides participants with consistent, reliable and clear knowledge of the product.
Participants trust professional instructors because they are not sales people. Instructors are perceived to be at a training solely to teach - not to sell. Professional instructors coordinate with sales people, the company, and the school - doing what is necessary and prudent to make each sale successful.
Teachers relate to professional instructors because instructors have been in a classroom and can relate to the frustrations, challenges, and immense rewards.
Professional instructors are trained to teach both adults and children. They know what to expect when instructing a group - how to work with reluctant learners, as well as eager learners, and how to relate the product they are instructing on to the work environment.
Professional instructors learn from other instructors. Sharing ideas and methods of teaching a product greatly enhances future presentations.
PES Instructors
Our instructors are located across the country and travel throughout the country facilitating workshops.
Our instructors have various advanced degrees including Masters of Education, Computer Education, Adult Education, and Educational Specialist.
Our instructors have played various roles in their respective districts: Classroom teacher, administrator, director of technology, Curriculum coordinator, In-service Coordinator, just to name a few. This allows a variety of perspectives in our team meetings.
All of our instructors were classroom educators or were adult education providers in their former "lives".
We meet face-to-face with our instructors at our semi-annual training conferences and monthly via teleconference, where they keep updated on current educational trends, workshop best practices, and new product release information.
"As we walk along the halls we are seeing students in the classrooms with the laptops working on QuickMind activities. It is a fabulous sight to behold. Thanks for igniting that spark!"
